Ranbir Kapoor Invests in Prozo to Boost Tech-Enabled Supply Chain Solutions
India Gurugram: Bollywood superstar and entrepreneur Ranbir Kapoor has shown share-support in Prozo, a Gurugram-based tech-enabled end-to-end supply chain platform. The firm also provides a comprehensive offering in warehousing, freight, and fulfillment and serves brands in the B2B, D2C and marketplace across the globe.
Prozo uses its own technology, like ProWMS, ProShip, and a real-time Control Tower to deliver SLA-based operations and end-to-end supply chain visibility. Commenting on his investment,
Kapoor said, “Every brand today needs speed, consistency and adaptability. Prozo’s systems give brands that edge. I’ve seen how great execution builds trust, and Prozo is enabling that behind the scenes.”
Prozo was started by Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, a retired naval physician who was also a McKinsey consultant, who has helped it grow over the last few years. The firm services over 150 brands currently, such as The Minimalist, Neemans, Beardo, Snitch and PhonePe. It fulfills orders at 42 tech-enabled warehouses totaling 2.2 million sq ft and more than 24,000 pin codes across India.
At an estimated ₹250 crore revenue run rate, Prozo has earlier raised nearly-$20 million of funding by Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia. Through the investment by Kapoor, the company has prospects of speeding up its growth to new cities, automating more functions and improving predictive analytics in order to allow them to better estimate the demands.
It also has future plans to scale the same-day and next-day delivery services with a special emphasis on MSMEs and quick-commerce businesses.

The action is meant to be a sign of Kapoor expanding his interest to the Indian startup ecosystem, and especially to the technology-related segment, which is likely to endorse the blistering pace of household economy in this nation.
