India Warehousing Show 2026: Important Dates

India’s foremost and pioneering event for the warehousing, logistics and supply chain market, the India Warehousing Show (IWS) will come back to YashoBhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi, on 25-27 June 2026 to grace the ground of the golden city once again. A three day convention and exhibition event, organized by RX India will feature 15,000+ trade visitors and 300+ exhibitors (domestic & international) over a spread of 20000 sqm.

The current scenario of the logistics sector in India, which is valued at around USD 380 billion and growing by 10-12% annually, is a time of need for a 2026 edition. Although the momentum of growth has been positive, logistics costs have not come down to 8–9% of GDP which is the global benchmark. As the Government of India has pledged to invest ₹11 lakh crore in developing logistics infrastructure through initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy, the need to strengthen efficiency and integration and focus on green infrastructure has become more pressing than ever.

Adopting automation technologies has seen a more than two-fold increase in Indian warehouses since 2022, with the introduction of robotics and AI-based inventory management solutions being the norm, Business Standard reported.
