Bertelsmann Investments has acquired majority stake in LetsTransport
LetsTransport is an Indian based logistics technology company majority owned by German based media and investment conglomerate, Bertelsmann which has seen the company make strong moves in advancing into the Indian logistics industry which is booming in the freight market. VC Circle reported the takeover as having been conducted under the company investment engine of Bertelsmann India that focuses on long term strategic investment in the region.
LetsTransport is a freight marketplace application that is utilized to match enterprises to truck operators and fleet owners across cities in India.
