TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (TVS SCS), which is one of the pioneer integrated supply chain and logistics companies in India, has made a major strategic move to increase its presence in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer durables logistics market by acquiring Swamy and Sons 3PL Private Limited based in Hyderabad at a price of Rs 88 crore.
